Just a quick update with news on Tactical Krav Maga in Pattaya here in Thailand.
If you want to learn a Martial Art, that teaches you real self defense, developed by

units, due to the simple basic & effective moves, then our Tactical Krav Maga Pattaya classes
might be an good idea for you, if you are lived in, or on holiday in Thailand.
Right now, group self defence classes are on hold over the Christmas period, & we will
be relaunching new krav maga pattaya self defence class time for January, probably around
the 2nd week in January 2008 here in lovely sunny pattaya.
Private Self Defense Krav Maga Lessons Pattaya, Thailand:
I am available for private one on one self defense personal training over the Xmas period, in krav maga here in Pattaya usually mornings between the hours of 10am - 2pm which must be booked in advance. Private classes are 1500 B per hour, if you book a package of 10 classes paying in advance it is refuced to 1000B per hour. If you want to learn some basic self defense that works for real under serious street attack, & living in Pattaya or elsewhere, or anywhere in the world, it certainly is very good insurance to know what works in a real self defense situation, where you might me attacked on the street.

My own "spectactular" was when I successfully defended myself in a foreign country in 2005 (Israel actually) when I got jumped by 5 or 6 Russian thugs, one of whom tried to stab me in the eye with a broken bottle multiple times. This was a life or death situation, & out of the times I had to use skills to defend myself, either through travelling, growing up on the border with Northern Ireland as a teenager into my 20s, where political & sectarian, religous violence, raged, on a daily basis, or Venue Security Work, this was the most violent & scary situations I was ever in.
To cut a long story short, & spare you the details, after these 5 or 6 experienced thugs, jumped what they figured was probably another gormless Kibutzz tourist, & an easy mark to steal their money, & have some drunken saturday fun, I walked away with just a black eye, & some brusing on top of my head, where a buddy of the guy who tried to stab me in the face, tried to crack a beer bottle over my head.
The situation was not pretty, the fighting was serious, scrappy, & extremely dirty, perhaps lethal. It certainly was not a "text book" martial arts self defence load of bollox. 90% of black belts in martial arts could not sweep a street, never mind defend themselves on the street.
The good news is I walked away, probaly the less injured of the initial 4 who attacked me, (Ahem, actually alot less injured,...read between the lines), & their brave 2 other buddies managed to run off.
A horrible nasty situation, very scary, and Thank God, due to my Krav Maga skills, training, & well the secret is 80% mental. Its your "Who Dares Win's". win at all costs, attitude that saves the days.
So the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Thats why i say trust me when I can show you a few simple street fighting self defense skills that will work, from the Krav Maga fighting combatives system.
