** Pattaya Tactical Krav Maga Adult Self Defence class regular weekly program Saturdays 12noon-2pm beginners level upwards. You will learn to defend yourself using TKM System. Contact Gerry Nolan for Details.

** NEW KICK BOXING CLASS For ADULTS FUN, FITNESS.
Saturdays 11am-12noon Beginners Adults Mugendo Kick boxing basic new fun class, teach you kickboxing punching kicks in a safe fun adult environment (this is not muay thai, & taken at a very easy level).

This new Kickboxing class will compliment your Krav Maga strikes punches & kicks. This class is for fun and fitness and basic self defense.

Everyone welcome, & the 1st few classes are free of charge, so please come and train. Sports/Gym gear, running soft trainers, & if you have 16oz or 14 oz boxing gloves bring them.

Tactical Krav Maga Full Contact Fighting Drill in Photo. This Reality Self Defense Training in Tactical Krav Maga Thailand, is what you need to train in, in order to really get as close to the experience of a real street fight situation. The Blue Padded Jackets are the exact same as worn by Israeli Commandos in the Secret Krav Maga School as featured in the History Channel "Human Weapon" Series.

Our advanced Military Krav Maga Seminar in Pattaya here in Thailand finished last week, & the standard of training was excellent. Personally I learned very interesting skills to improve my own self defence with Tactical Krav Maga.

As mentioned one of the stars of the Human Weapon Krav Maga section on History Channel was here last week to teach our Krav Maga Thailand Seminar, and that is Itay Gil Tactical Krav Maga Founder, who has serious real world experience of Krav Maga in Military, Police situations & also real life. Itay is an amazing instructor & I would rate him as one of the top Krav Maga experts in the world, & also one of the top real self defense experts, as Itay was walked the talk at the most serious level in self protection you can imagine since he served undercover 9 years in Israels special unit called Yamam.

Saturday coming 3rd May 2008, we are back to our regular weekly Adult Krav Maga classes in Pattaya. Saturdays 12noon-2pm in the North Star Library here in Pattaya.

We will teach you self defense using Tactical Krav Maga to fight back against armed and unarmed attackers, so you will be confident you can defend yourself.

New Beginners welcome to come to class this Saturday 3rd May.

Just a quick urgent news flash, I will be doing a 1 day Tactical Krav Maga Workshop which will teach you basic & lethal effective Self Defense Combat Techniques that are simple to learn & use, which you will be able to do & use against an attacker to defend yourself.

Sunday 25 May 08 is date for Krav Maga Bangkok Self Defence Workshop, which is for beginners to experienced in the martial arts who want to learn basic battle tested Krav Maga to protect themselves.

Bangkok Tactical Krav Maga Thailand 1 day Workshop will be 6 hours of instruction & is suitable to all adults Thai & Farang alike.

Exact time, location & cost will be finalized in the next week.
