My main point in emailing Geoff Thompson's free fighting ebook out to you all, was to show & remind those who have come to our seminars in Tactical Krav Maga Thailand, that & I want to really hammer home this point again. It is the SIMPLE BASIC skills that work over & over again in protecting yourself from street attack & violence.

You will see in the ebook Geoff Thompson, who has over 30 years experience in martial arts, & 10 years as a Bouncer (Door Security) & fought over 300 fights in his security work, totally recommends simple strikes, his own preferred weapons of defense being the Right Cross Punch & Left Hook, thrown from close range to attacker, (that approximately "hand shake" distance) the punch being thrown pre-emptive, or First Fast & Furious!
