This class in 300 Baht paid in advance before class starts
before 12.00 noon. (11.50 is ideal time to come. wear
sports/gym clothes & running/training shoes) Saturday 3 January 09 only.

you have a Keen Attitude..
KRAV MAGA IS FOR ANY ADULT NO MATTER WHAT AGE YOU ARE!
(My oldest student ever was 78 years old, & he did excellent
within his own abilities. )
Many people in Pattaya in their 50s or 60s who are very active,
& want to join our Pattaya Krav Maga class think their age is a problem.. well the answer is NO! We take training at your own level & what you are comfortable with.
When I lived back in Ireland, my Kickboxing teacher is now 75 years old & he still trains, if you do not believe me check out www.worldmugendouniversity.com see his photos He did not started any training until his 30s... so if at 70 years up he still trains, you young lads in your 50s & 60s come on down tomorrow & check you & train in our intro to Krav Maga Class
